Fixed position nozzles provide complete coverage using full cone nozzles. Advantages include a simple design, no moving parts and wide range of spray coverages. Choose from a wide variety of sizes, types, capacities and materials. Ideal for clean-in-place applications.

6353 Tank Washing Nozzles – For tanks up to 10′ (3 m) dia.

  • High capacity nozzle features 13 FullJet® nozzles for spraying numerous patterns and coverages
  • Operates at pressures up to 50 psi (3.5 bar)
  • Material options: brass, 303 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel
  • Flow rates range from 8.9 to 80 gpm (35 to 301 l/min)
  • Use with ¼” or 3/8” FullJet full cone nozzles, including our maximum free passage FullJet nozzles. The maximum free passage design improves reliability, increases the rinsing action and reduces clogging
  • Minimum tank opening: 6″ (152 mm)
  • For deep tanks, the 12900-2 version is available with a 1-½” bottom outlet connection for use with a pipe extension and a 6353 nozzle assembly

12900-1 Tank Washing Nozzles – For tanks up to 22′ (6.7 m) dia.

  • High capacity nozzle features 13 FullJet nozzles for spraying numerous patterns and coverages
  • Operates at pressures up to 50 psi (3.5 bar)
  • Material options: brass or 316 stainless steel
  • Flow rates range from 72 to 385 gpm (280 to 1470 l/min)
  • Use with ½”, ¾”, or 1” FullJet full cone nozzles
  • Minimum tank opening: 10″ (254 mm)
  • For deep tanks, the 12900-2 version is available with a 1-½” bottom outlet connection for use with a pipe extension and a 6353 nozzle assembly

Fixed Spray Balls – For tanks up to 18′ (5.5 m) dia.

  • Ideal for rinsing and low pressure washing
  • Operates at pressures up to 30 psi (2.06 bar)
  • Material: 316L stainless steel
  • Flow rates range from 22 to 141 gpm (83 to 534 l/min)
  • Sanitary design with self-cleaning retaining pin inlet connection
  • Minimum tank opening: 3.4″ to 4.6″ (87 to 118 mm)

VSM Tank Washing Nozzles – For tanks up to 5′ (1.6 m) dia.

  • Ideal for rinsing small containers and vessels
  • 40 spray orifices combine to produce a 240° spray angle
  • Operates at pressures up to 150 psi (10 bar)
  • Material: nylon
  • Flow rates range from 2.7 to 72 gpm (10.4 to 269 l/min)
  • Minimum tank opening: 2″ (51 mm)

3150 Drum Washing Nozzles – For tanks up to 3′ (.9 m) dia.

  • Low capacity nozzle effectively cleans the interior of small distribution or process vessels
  • Versions available with 21 spray orifices for 360° coverage or 15 spray orifices for 210° forward coverage only
  • Operates at pressures up to 150 psi (10 bar)
  • Material options: brass, 303 stainless steel, mild steel, 316 stainless steel
  • Flow rates range from 5.2 to 26 gpm (23 to 91 l/min)
  • Minimum tank opening: 2″ (51 mm)
  • 3/4″ (19 mm) neck allows drainage during washing
  • 15498 Keg Washing Nozzles – For tanks up to 2′ (.6 m) dia.

  • Low capacity nozzle effectively cleans the interior of small distribution or process vessels
  • Versions available with 21 spray orifices for 360° coverage or 15 spray orifices for 210° forward coverage only
  • Operates at pressures up to 150 psi (10 bar)
  • Material options: 303 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel
  • Flow rates range from 5.5 to 11.7 gpm (23 to 43 l/min)
  • Minimum tank opening: 2″ (51 mm) – designed to pass through a standard keg bung and to fit on automatic keg washers
  • Reduced neck design allows for drainage during washing
