ProMax® QuickJet® Nozzles
| Featuring a simple two-part assembly with a unique patented design, ProMax QuickJet nozzles make tip changing quick and effortless.
ProMax nozzle bodies and tips are made of a chemically coupled, glass reinforced engineering grade of polypropylene that combines strength and durability with chemical resistance.
Plus:
- Spray tips automatically align with a 10° offset to provide proper coverage
- Standard TEFLON®-coated Viton® tip seal provides a positive seal between the body and the tipd
- Seal on spray tip to prevent accidental loss or misplacement
- 1/4″ and 3/8″ NPT or BSPT inlet connections
- Nozzles perform at liquid temperatures up to 180°F at 100 psi (82°C at 7 bar)

Miniature ProMax Quick VeeJet
- Ideal for applications with limited space
- Nozzle measures slightly over 1″ (2.54 cm) when mounted in standard header
- Color coded tips for easy identification
- Also available in Kynar® (PVDF) with no colorants or fillings to leach into spray
- Capacities: seven ranging from .15 to .8 gpm at 40 psi (0.59 to 3.2 l/min at 2.8 bar)
- Spray angles: 25° to 110° at 40 psi (2.8 bar)
- Maximum pressure in ProMax: 175 psi at 40°F (12 bar at 4°C)
