Automated Systems

Spray nozzles can only perform properly if the entire spray system operates efficiently. All system components – spray nozzles, pumps, sensors and other hydraulic and pneumatic components – must be accurately controlled. AutoJet® Spray Control, our line of proprietary dedicated spray controllers and automated systems, provides precision control to ensure optimal spray performance, improvement in product quality and lower operating costs. We have a wide variety of system options available ranging from simple to sophisticated so you can choose the exact level of control required for your application.

AutoJet Spray Control Overview

  • Modular Spray Systems: Engineered from standard spray component kits, Modular Spray System design options range from basic to complex spray control
    • Model 1550 Modular Spray System: The easiest way to control and optimize performance of automatic spray nozzles. Precise on/off control, automated liquid and air control and more
    • Models 2050 and 2250 Modular Systems: Intermediate and advanced control that ranges from monitoring of pre-set spray variables to automatic adjustment of spray performance based on operating conditions
  • Fluid Delivery Systems: Low-cost systems provide simple spray control for a variety of spray applications including tank cleaning, conveyor washing and dust control
  • AccuCoat® Heated Spray Systems: Eliminate the challenges associated with applying thick coatings. The AccuCoat system uses closed-loop control to ensure liquid temperature is precisely maintained from the tank to the target
  • Gas Conditioning Systems: Closed-loop temperature control systems range from simple to complex to provide precise temperature and humidity control while reducing energy costs, minimizing maintenance and eliminating wet deposits and wet walls
  • PulsaJet® Automatic Spray Nozzles with AutoJet Spray Control: Pair electrically-actuated PulsaJet nozzles with AutoJet Spray Control to maximize cycle speeds, ensure even coverage without waste and enable Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) Flow Control
  • SprayCheck® Monitoring Systems: AutoJet Spray Systems for critical coating and dosing applications can be equipped with SprayCheck Sensors to verify system performance. Each spray cycle is documented and logged into the AutoJet Spray Controller’s memory. Spray failures can activate secondary spray nozzles, trigger alarms or stop production lines to ensure product quality
